This results in fluctuations of space dimensionality analogous to the appearance
of waves on a watery surface after a stone is tossed in. Masses of the ejected material
then fill in these dimensional nonuniformities of space surrounding the star. From
these masses planets start to form (see Fig. 4). Let us try to understand how and why
